Organization Chart

The organogram of the New Generation Hope Organization for Afghanistan (NGHOA) outlines the structure and hierarchy of roles within the organization. At the top is the Board of Directors, followed by the Director General who oversees strategic direction. The Deputy General Director assists in administrative and operational tasks.

The Technical Advisor and Internal Auditor sit parallel, providing specialized guidance and financial oversight, respectively.

Under the Program Senior Manager are various specialized managers who oversee Health and Nutrition, Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH), and Education & Development, ensuring the implementation of programs in these key areas.

The Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL)/Management Information System (MIS) Manager alongside MEAL and MIS Officers are responsible for tracking progress and outcomes of programs and maintaining information systems.

The Finance Manager leads a team including an Accountant and Cashier, handling all financial transactions and maintaining fiscal integrity.

The Operations Manager oversees the Admin Officer, Procurement & Logistic Officer, and HR/Gender Officer, ensuring smooth operation of organizational activities and upholding gender equity.

The Media & Advocacy Officer is tasked with managing communications and advocating for the organization's mission and goals.
